Stadtbad Neukölln: Spa in antique design

Sauna at Stadtbad Neukölln

The Stadtbad Neukölln is undoubtedly the most beautiful swimming pool in Berlin. It was designed and built at the beginning of the 20th century, modelled on an ancient thermal bath. The large swimming hall, framed by stone columns, is reminiscent of a Greek temple. The large sauna area is also inspired by this classicist aesthetic. On Mondays, the sauna is only open to women.

The trademark of Liquidrom is its futuristic architecture, made entirely of concrete. In addition to a large top-class wellbeing area with three saunas and an aroma steam bath, there is a unique thermal pool. You can float on the surface in the warm salty water while marvelling at the large concrete dome that extends over the pool. Meanwhile, music can be heard under the water, and on certain days DJs play live music.
